Professional advice on continuing the fight after winning a battle with cancer
Millions of cancer survivors in the United States face the fear of cancer recurrence every day, and this helpful resource offers guidance on the best ways to stay healthy after treatment ends. This book looks at the scientific evidence behind these behaviors; the chapters included cover diet and nutrition, physical activity, social support, psychological interventions, coping strategies, and everything in between.Author Biography
